MRI is better for assessing soft tissue and does not use radiation. CT and X-rays are used for layered or rapid assessment of bone structures, chest organs and other areas.

Preparing for the study

For some studies, no preparation is required. For MSG, some types of CT or contrast studies, the patient receives individual recommendations in advance.
