Service description

The endocrinologist conducts outpatient admission of children and adults and provides diagnostic and treatment services in:

• Diabetes mellitus (insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, diabetes mellitus in pregnant women, complications of diabetes mellitus and other disorders of carbohydrate metabolism)
• Thyroid disorders (diffuse goiter, hypothyroidism, autoimmune thyroiditis, nodular goiter, etc.)
• Growth disorders in children
• Disorders of prolactin secretion (hyperprolactinemia and hypoprolactinemia)
• Other diseases of the hypothalamic-pituitary system (Cushing pituitary basophilism, diabetes insipidus, hypopituitarism, etc.)
• Obesity and metabolic syndrome
• Impaired adrenal function
• Impaired sexual maturation of boys and girls (hypogonadism, premature sexual maturation, cryptorchidism, etc.)
• Gonadopathy in adults (hypogonadism, hyperandrogenism syndrome, etc.)
• Parathyroid diseases (hypoparathyroidism and hyperparathyroidism)
